I have been trying to contact someone about my best buy account for the past five days. This is NOT about my best buy credit card. I have some one take over my rewards and account. It started ********* I received an email saying my item had shipped. I had never ordered an item so I went to my account to see what was ordered. This item was going to a entire different name and address. I live in Virginia and this person lived in MN. They have now change the email address so now it tell me i have no account. Trying to get someone to understand has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Your organization is very good at taken my purchase but seems to have no concerns over my privacy. I really would like to get this fixed and to find out how this could happen. *It is very weird that the person that ordered from my account and used my reward points is very close to your home office.
