I placed the online order on ********* for a Samsung cell phone, and My order number: *BBY**-************.**I got the cell phone on *********, but I believed that I got a defective product. (This cell phone turns very hot after just * minutes I turn on the phone every time, not mention during the recharge. I put far away when I recharge it because I am afraid that it will explode…)* *I checked the website and it says that I need call *-***-BEST-BUY before I return the defective product, but I can never get anyone answer my phone. Every time after a long hold, the line will be cut off. I tried online chat, but there is no one available even during the business hour. It is very disappointed experience because the return period is ending soon (********).
