Pay my yearly fee at member pricing. ... I have had Tech Support for my PC from Geek Squad. When my renewal email came due @ $**.** I renewed with a credit card last * digits *****. I have not received any notifications as to this received payment. Now my computer is showing Webroot cancelled and I am receiving spam by the hundreds and other emails that put my computer at risk.
I am on automatic pay and my visa card has a new number so it was rejected.
Please send an email to let me pay member pricing on the Tech Support Plan I have always had.
I have used Geek Squad protection for ** years at least.
tried to do this yesterday and another company offered me a $*.** trial of their protection but it was not Best Buy.
I have an issue with Best Buy too
