I purchased at **” HiSense Flat Screen TV online for $***.** and was going to pick it up from the store. I received my email that my TV was ready for pick up and decided to see if I could pick it up myself. Up arrival all well very professional great greetings located my purchase and wheeled it out. A gentleman by the name of Devin approached my vehicle very rudely for no reason at all and said the following to me while I was in my vehicle “that’s not going to fit in the and you bet not bring it back in there cause we aren’t taking it back”! I was on the phone with my wife at the time and in confusion I hung up with her and asked him for his name he walked off and another gentleman by the name of Lilan helped me apologized about the incident and told me his name. I then see Devin walking out the store past me and Lilan giving me an evil stare! What for I do not know? But this is not how we treat our customers! I spoke to members of management but they shouldn’t have to apologize for another employees bad behavior. That was rude and completely uncalled for. I am a District Manager with Dollar General and I’ve never been disrespected to that degree.
GetHuman-tyrusmcc did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
