I ordered an apple watch in November. It took over two weeks to arrive, the charge plug included was faulty, so watch wouldn’t charge. Also the offer if a free leather watch band included in the package, had expired. So thank you very much for a terrible experience.
GetHuman-peteastl did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
