Your customer service is the epitome of what drives people crazy in regards to frustrating experiences. Long phone wait times with both the *-*** number and my local store, people that don't understand the problem, people that don't listen, and the total robotic responses. A simple issue of a scratched off pin on a gift card blew up into a total debacle. The last two times we've spent money at Best Buy we had issues that could've easily been solved but a quick interaction with customer service. Both times it blew up into a giant next of wait times, phone calls, chat sessions, and turned into a mess that left my wife and I frustrated. We don't need the headaches of useless customer service. Once this gift card balance is zero, no more business from us. We realize people make these statements to you all the time, and you don't care because of the volume of business you have. But for the consumer (me), it's good to get it off my chest, because no one else I talked to today seemed to have any bit of semblance of understanding the problem and simply gave the canned response. I don't need a response from anyone. The window to fix anything closed today.
