I have a customer complaint. I had returned a monitor back to the store because it was a gift for my grandson on Dec ** approximately *:**pm right before closing. Well I went home found out I was not supposed to to return the monitor just the PC. Well this morning I went back to explain the situation to the Manager who was very rude and told me she had to charge me a much higher price. She did not even want to listen to my situation or concerns at all. I would like to speak to someone in a higher position.
