I placed an online order today **-** at **:**. I got an email staying it was ready for pick up around **:**. My husband stop on his way home from work at *:**-*:**. He was told the order was not ready, they had to go get it from the warehouse. He had to walk around the store for an additional ** minutes. This was unacceptable. He should of been able to walk in get it and leave. I got the email * hours before stating it was ready for pick up. I really think something needs to be done about this. **Thank you*Tami Tomlinson
