I brought a iphone* for my granddaughter she forgot her password. it locked her out took it to apple and they could not fix it because they said someone had used it and it could not be unlocked my question is if a used phone is sold at your store nothing should be on it.The phone should be clean . now I'm told they can not do anything about it, I want to know can it be trade back in just purchase it nov**.****
