You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I got an email on ***** that my Best Buy order was placed. I didn't place any order though, so I went to the website, cancelled the in-store pickup item, changed my password, and enabled * step authentication. Since part of the order was being shipped I was unable to cancel it online, so I called in and spoke to a rep there and he filled out a case. He said the order would not go out and I would receive a refund within ** hours and a follow up from Best Buy. **I never received a follow up from Best Buy (I checked my spam folder just in case) and I ended up receiving an email that FedEx picked up the package. Then I called again to have it cancelled and returned to sender and I had been told that the pkg would be cancelled, I would receive a follow up email, and I would get the credit back. I was transferred incorrectly quite a few times and eventually I was told no one there could contact FedEx to have the shipment returned to sender while I held on the phone, but not to worry, it would be taken care of. **On ***** I received an email from FedEx that the package (for the order I never placed, was assured would be cancelled and recalled) was delivered. I then called Best Buy again to let them know, they said nothing could be done about the package, wondered why the first rep didn't or couldn't cancel the order, and advised that I would be followed up with. **I still haven't been followed up with as of yet. And it's too bad that whoever fraudulently created the order through my online account ended up receiving delivery of the order even though I tried to get it stopped. **At this point I just want the credit back that I was promised and to be followed up with.
