I was purchasing a laptop on Friday Nov **, ****, at the best buy ***** Gulf Center Dr Fort Myers, Fl ***** The salesman did not listen to me sold me a laptop and extra protection I didn't want. I then went to customer service to return this item I had not left the store, my purchase was refunded for the wrong amount. I spent $***.** and I was only refunded $***.**. I would like my balance refunded. I don't understand why this women would not refund the correct amount.
