Best Buy did not have my item ready for pickup on Friday after we waited for several hours until after the expected wait time. We received numerous runarounds after returning to the store several times, disrupting our own plans in the process and asking employees for estimated updates which they could not do. Finally I requested shipping, which they refused to expedite despite it being their fault for not having the items ready, and they assured me it would be free. I am now seeing additional charges on my account.**I assume those are due to sales tax for shipping out of state which is exactly why we did in store pickup. We were reassured that there would be no extra payments. Again considering those were not our fault and we wasted significant effort, I want Best Buy to at the very least remove the charges.
