I received an email today informing me that the item I had ordered December *, (with a promised delivery date before Christmas) would be delayed until the middle of next month. ( Order **BBY**-************). **The delay is not acceptable and so I called a customer service rep to cancel the order. *Your associate was polite, but said that the order could not be cancelled, nor could a credit be issued to my account. I would have to wait until the item was received next year, to then return it to BB. **I am very disappointed with this customer service policy. It is not my fault that BB cannot deliver as promised, and to put the onus on the customer weeks later to then receive and return an item which is no longer wanted is a poor business policy.**Please pass these comments on to your customer service management. We’re all busy and we want a streamlined process. An order should be open to cancellation when BB has failed to meet its commitment to a delivery date. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to pick up the pieces.**Mat King
