Hello! I purchased a laptop computer ******** customer service pin **** *** **** ******. At purchase I asked the team member if Office was on the laptop. He stated it must be purchased separately. I purchased it for ***.**. I rarely use the laptop so when I used it this week I noticed Office was already on the laptop. I tried to return my still unused Office Home and Student and was unable. They stated office was free with every laptop sold and there shouldn't have been a charge. Clearly I was charged ***.** but they could not assist me with a return. They said the system wouldn't let them because it should be a free item with my purchase. Please help me!! I really can't afford this since it wasn't even needed in the first place. Had I not been misled into buying it I never would have. Thank You!!
