Last Sunday I picked up a tv I had ordered Oct. **. The store is located in Village Point, in Omaha. The staff on Sundays is mostly college age kids I would assume. They did help load the tv into the bed of my pickup, but then left. The tv ended up falling over in my pickup bed and broke right in the parking lot at Best Buy. I understand the policy of once the merchandise is out of the store its in my hands. I have came to peace with that. However, I wish I would have had help tying down the tv. I immediately went into the store and explained what had happened, customer service said sorry and shrugged their shoulders. I didn't have the tv in my possession for more than * minutes and it broke. I can't help but imagine this happens more than you think. I would think the store would have some sort of incident insurance. I came to your store because you guys know electronics. I am not a huge customer but I guess I will go to Nebraska Furniture Mart next time, they don't even allow the customer to touch the merch until its tied down in the vehicle. I am not looking for a free tv, I am just upset that I purchased the tv, and then when I had to purchase it again, the price had gone up $*** and there was not a single thing the employees at that store did. They just said sorry. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently, maybe they would honor the original price that I had paid or given me some sort of measly discount. My experiences at Best Buy over the last few weeks has assured me I will no longer do business with you.
