On ******** I received an e-mail from Best Buy notifying me that my order had been received. I have NEVER ordered anything from Best Buy and I DO NOT have an account. I called the customer service number ***-***-**** at *:** PM Pacific Time on ******** to ask about it. The agent that spoke to me did not offer to investigate and said I should not worry about it. The call was from my phone ***-***-**** and lasted * minutes * sec. The order number was BBY**-************ and the address on the order was Margaret Davis***** Treehouse Pkwy*Build * floor **Norcross, GA *****. On Oct ** my bank account was charged $***.** for * Switch Lites. I never ordered them and I never received them. I had to block my card and I have to wait * weeks to get a replacement. This is a great inconvenience to me, which could have been avoided if customer service had been more helpful. I would like my money back.**Sincerely,**Margaret Davis
