Hello.*My Order **BBY**-**************I am emailing you to tell you how disappointed I am with the information I received at your store(s.) *I was told that I most definitely could have the geek squad install the TV so that the cord was behind the wall.*Which turned out to be completely false.**At both Deer Park & Gurnee stores when I was considering purchase on the **” Frame TV… I was told by the salesguy at Deer Park, and on a separate occasion by the Samusung rep who happened to be at you Gurnee store at the time…point blank I said, “ I don’t want your guys to come & say they can’t put the cord behind the wall..I do not want under any circumstances to see a cord coming out the bottom..”*both said it wouldn’t be a problem… that I would just have to buy the kit that makes that happen and Geek squad would install that way... so I did.**Today when they began installation they said it couldn’t be done because cord was not fire rated to be behind wall –Ugh! I was livid!* they said the extra wall kit I bought wouldn’t work because it would still not be up to code. Of course I don’t want a potential fire so I allowed them to install it with the cord out. **So I am keeping the TV but I am not happy at all with being lied to, whether it was intentional or not.*The whole situation made me trust Best Buy less, and has made me less likely to consider you for large purchases again.**Please respond to this message.
