I bought an a Ring video doorbell and chime package yesterday. On line it said I would get a free echo five with my purchase. I thought it would all come together, but I didn’t have the echo when I got home. I talked to a woman for ** minutes saying she would place the order, and I could pick up the echo in the Barboursville store. I miss her return telling me she needed more information. I called back and got someone else, and I was going to have to go through the whole process again, and it was already **:** pm. I didn’t have time to go through it all again. I called this morning, and a lady told me just to go to the store today, and the manager would take care of it. When I went in, he told me there was nothing he could do because the offer was over yesterday. I returned my purchase. When I got home, I called Customer Service, and she said she couldn’t help me because I had already returned the item. I returned because he said he couldn’t HELP me! Needless to say, after talking to four people, I got NO customer service!
