Dear, I bought the Lenovo notebook - Yoga ***-**IKB Laptop (ideapad) - Type **B* - at BestBy store in ****.**Serie number: P***H*XG**At the time of purchase, I explained that I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and that I needed a device with support and service in this city. **The seller referred me to this machine from Lenovo. But * months ago I need a service, still under warranty, and Lenovo informed me that in Brazil there is no and never had any warranty or possibility of assistance for this model in Brasil. There are no parts available here for any kind of repair.**I would like to replace this note with a similar one with assistance in Sao Paulo, with similar specifications regarding processing, memory, etc.**Remembering that the warranty of this dries up until October **th. Thankful.**As I have a sister who lives in Florida and is coming to SP she can bring a new one and take mine back to you. The problem with mine is a processor noise that gets in the way of all my conference videos. **She turns on November *, **** and will return to USA on November **, ****.
