My name is Pierre George. I'm a elite customer at Best Buy. I was trying to return a DVD that I purchase two weeks ago. But I was told because the DVD had been opened I can't return this item. This happen at the location on Route ** in NJ. The store manager Shashi stated that this rule came from the state of NJ. Onec an item has been open it can't be returned. I explain that this info is not on my receipt and I saw no sign that state this return policy. I purchase many DVD and the only reason I was returning was I had all ready purchase it. I was look for a store credit not a refund. The price of the DVD $**.**.*Thank you,*Pierre George
