Earlier this week I took my Mac computer into Best Buy on Fairway Rd Kitchener Ontario to the geek squad department. The staff member that was helping us asked me for my computer password several times so that he may give it to the people that were going to be working on my computer. which was not an issue.**I have received I believe * calls this week from the people working on my computer. They were looking for my computer password. I explained that I had already given it to the geek squad staff at the Fairway Rd store. He agreed that he had it . We received another call form the same people looking for my wifes password, which we explained that they could delete my wife's profile (which we were told at the Fairway store was not needed to work on the computer because they had my password). Today I get a call from the same people looking for the passwords again. I explained again that i had already given my password and that they could delete my wife's profile. This person stated that they do not have my password and needed me to give it to them. I explained that I was at work and could not get it to them until * pm tonight. I asked them to call best buy at the Fairway Rd location in Kitchener to retrieve the password that i had already given several times. This person wanted me to get the password so that they would not have too. **I then phone the Best Buy at Fairway Rd only to be answered by an automated answering machine that didn't have an number to press for the geek squad.**I then phoned the online geek squad number. The person that I spoke to had me repeat myself several times because he did not understand me. At one point I asked him if he was doing something else at the same time he was trying to understand what I was saying because he was getting what I was saying. at the end of the conversation, I told him that he did not help me what so ever.**i am now phoning the Fairway Rd Store again only to get the automated answering machine again. This time I press ** to try and speak to a sales person because there wasn't a number for the geek squad. After listening to about ** rings the automated answering machine kicked in again. i pressed ** again and the same thing happened again. the third time I pressed ** and was able to get someone on the line that transferred to a staff member in the geek squad.**I explained the situation about my password for the computer. After a few questions he agreed I was the owner of the computer. He agreed to send the people working on my computer my password..Again!**I am hoping you can see my frustrations.**Things that would have made my experience with Best Buy better are *. Make sure the people working on my computer get my password the first time. *. Have the people working on my computer call Best Buys for my password if they lost it. *. If no one can find my password, Best Buy should call me not the company fixing my computer. At least Best Buy would have the proper information to verify they really were Best Buy. *. If you plan on keeping your answering machine, have enough codes for all departments. *. if no one answers that call, do not just reroute the call back to the answering machine again. Make a person in customer service answer it. *. When someone calls the online number, have someone answer the phone that can understand English. *. Make it easier for a costumer to contact you by email online.*, Put a Best buy store back in the Sunrise Center at the corner of Fischer-Hallman Rd and Ottawa St Kitchener Ontario Canada.**This is an accumulation of the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy!! **Stephen MacNeil aka Seriously Frustrated
