ON SEPT. **TH I APPLIED FOR A BEST BUY CREDIT CARD, I WAS APPROVED THE SAME DAY. RECEVEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT. IT IS A MY BEST BUY*CITI BANK CARD. WHEN I SIGN IN ON BEST BUY'S WEBSITE IT SHOWS THE ACCOUNT, THE LAST * NUMBERS ARE SHOWING UNDER MY NAME AND ADDRESS. THE PROBLEM IS I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ACTUAL CREDIT CARD AS OF YET, SO I'M A LITTLE CONFUSED. ANY IDEA HOW I ACCESS THE ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE, I GOT AN INDIAN GUY THAT I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND, THEN HE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HELP I NEEDED. IF I HAVE AN ACCOUNT SHOULDN'T I BE ABLE TO USE IT?
