I have emailed twice concerning Geek Squad at Apple Glen Best Buy in Fort Wayne Indiana. I called ahead since I do not live in Fort Wayne to make sure I could get two batteries changed in two iPhone * phones.. I was told I did not need an appointment that walk-ins were welcomed.. we arrived and were told someone would be with us, after about ** to ** minutes we were finally asked what we needed we told them and then we were told that no one was there that could do it. I told the guy that we had called ahead because we did not live in Fort Wayne. He tells us that there would be someone there on Sunday.. I said okay but wanted an appointment so we made one he took all info down and we said thank you and started to leave. He then stops us asked to see our phones then tells us he can not do it because per Apple. I told the guy phones were out of warranty and Apple told us to either go to an. Apple store or Best Buy.. I find it very strange Best Buy can dictate how I spend over a $*** for two batteries for my phones.. I find absolutely frustrating that no one from Best Buy will respond to my emails.. This being the third email.. I have never been so furious over someone telling me I can not buy something. I would appreciate a response.. And by they way your automated robot who is supposedly calling a representative for me is a joke.. that was the only response email I received. And yes I clicked my problem was not resolved and I am still waiting for a call.. Customer service is a joke!!!! ******@***.com is my email
