I WAS TALKING TO GEEHAB CASE NUMBER ********* HE SAT IN SILENCE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME W OUT SAYING ANYTHING WHICH WAS VERY VERY WEIRD STRANGE AND UNUSUAL AND THEN HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A LOG PERIOD OF TIME W OUT TELLING ME. THEN WHEN HE CAME BACK HE CLAIMED HE WAS UPDATING THE ACCOUNT - BUT HE NEVER SAID THAT AND JUST THREW ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. IT WAS VERY UNUSUAL AND UPROFESSIONAL AND STRANGE. HE'S VERY RUDE. HE ALSO HAS A BAD TONE TO HIS VOICE. HE LACKADAISACLE AND LIKE HE'S FALLING ASLEEP AND HAS NO ENTHUSIASM NOW HE DID IT ALL OVER AGAIN - HE PUT ME ON HOLD W OUT TELLING ME AND IS SITTIN AGAIN SILENCE AGAIN. i RECOMMEND FIRING HIM. HE'S AN AWEFUL EMPLOYEE HE SHOULD BE TERMINATED. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALL. I WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE CALL
