We purchased a Bosch dishwasher on ******* and scheduled delivery*installation for *******. They were going to deliver the wrong model, so we rescheduled for September **. I got an email indicating they then had to reschedule delivery for October *nd...over a month since we paid for our dishwasher. I called the Best Buy store where we made the purchase, and cancelled my order. The sales staff at Best Buy were courteous and polite, but did not seem to be able to explain why we can't get our dishwasher delivered.....perhaps and issue with the delivery contractor, perhaps a software issue scheduling,etc. How would I like this issue fixed? I would like a dishwasher delivered to our home this week. If you have any interest in us as a customer, please contact me in ** hours, as I plan to purchase a dishwasher elsewhere tomorrow.
