Hi, I have been a Rewards and Gamers club for a long time. I really did like Best Buy. It would be my first place to shop. My phone number for the these is ***-***-****. I have shopped for years at the Prescott Az. store. Today was the first time that I had a really bad experience. *I went in and was going to buy a PS* game that was just released today. As a Gamers club member I expected my normal **% off, which I had paid for to receive **% off all new video games for two years. At the register I did not get it. I told the sales person that it still should be active. The sales person went to the store manager, which his name was "Trevor". He told me they did not have the gamers club anymore. I told him that I paid for two years and it should still be there. He Looked at the register and saw that I had it and proceeded to tell I did not have the Deluxe Gamers Club. I am thinking to myself what Deluxe Gamers Club? I never heard of it. I said it show on the register that I have it and he ignored me and walked away. The sales person asked if I still wanted the game, I said no. And walked out feeling very angry. Why did this manager treat me this way? *By the time I got home I decided not to buy any video games from Best Buy because of this issue and I can just download them onto my PS* for the same price.*If the Gamers Club is no longer then that's ok but Best Buy should honor my two full years. If I don't have it anymore then why is it showing up on the register? *I will be looking elsewhere for electronics and video games from now on. **Tony Meyer****-***-****
