To Whom it may concern*Best Buy Customer Service*****************My name is Mary Sanders and I am the daughter of Cornell Cole. Cornell has an account (**** **** **** ****) with you with an outstanding balance of ***.** this amount includes a late fee which I tried to call customer service about. Cornell, my dad is in a skilled nursing center and has been incapacitated since June **, ****. *His account had become delinquent during the time he was put in a hospital and I was given temporary custody. I have tried my best to pay his bills and contacted your customer service which was to say the least, no help.* I only wanted to pay the total amount off and explained the situation to the persons on the phone but was told the first call that there was nothing they could do. The second call I was given a fax number so I could provide proof that I am who I say I am. To say I had time to run all over town looking for a fax machine and wait for a call from you company saying they received my fax has been extremely frustrating since I do not have the extra time to do this. Nor did I get a call back. *I find this funny because I only wanted to pay off the account not spend his limit. This has been a very stressful moment for our family and my father needs every penny he can save for his care. I understand late fees and I have sent a cashier’s check in the amount ***.** which includes the late fee and interest charged. I have to send cashier’s checks because I cannot legally write a check in his name. *This could have saved a lot of frustration had the first person stated we have a fax number you can send the temporary guardian papers to and then given a number to make sure you company received this. *I would appreciate a final statement showing his bill is paid off. *Thank you*Mary Sanders
