I submitted my PC I bought from y’all on the **nd. It is about to be the *th and I have no expected return date for the $**** pc I just bought from y’all. It is August *th. This is ridiculous that I have to wait this long to get my pc fixed. At this point I’d just honestly like a full refund and I’ll buy a PC from somewhere it won’t break within the first * months of use. Not too mention I saw that my pc is discontinued and the new model has an upgraded graphics card and ram buyback same price as mine so another reason I feel gipped because I could’ve gotten a better pc for the same price from cyber power online. I figured Geek Squad could fix the issue on site otherwise I’d have bought the thing online if I knew it had to be shipped across states to be serviced. So unless I can pick up a new PC Then I want a full refund at this point because I’m pretty peeved. A week is one thing. Two weeks is another but going on ** with no return date is just poor service in my opinion. What’s the point in Geek Squad if they can’t actually fix the pc on site??
