Was told on the phone, by Justin at the Liberty, Mo store that Geek squad would come out at a charge of $*** plus a fiber cord if needed to get our home theater working and set up our router. After showing up and telling me they couldn't run the cable inside the wall with the other cables (* Feet in an open cavity) they hooked the single cable up and then set up our router was was purchased from you along with the $**** tv and accessories just a week ago. SO, now my wife says they charged her almost $***????? Are you kidding me? Now I have been on hold for ** minutes to speak with someone. Everything is an additional charge with you and now I can't even get someone to talk to me. I have been a best buy customer for years and have spent a lot of money with your company and to get treated like this is just down right wrong. I have spent $**** in your store in just ** days or so and I may not be back even after I just opened a credit card account with you. Customer service is horrible and Brian, the tech says this always happens and the guys at the store never tell you the true costs. WTH?
