The issue in GetHuman-ronenah's own words
Dear Best Buy customer service,* There was a promotion online Regarding Amazon echo dot. After I was not able to complete my purchase online I've talked with a representative via chat. She had guaranteed to me a specific price , Which is two echo. for $** after $** discount. I was told to go to a store give them my reference number and get the items. After arriving to the Best Buy store which is ** minutes drive away a customer service agent told me that a reference number is not enough to make the Purchase, I was told to contact customer support again give them the reference number and ask for a barcode or something that the store and could use to make the purchase. After being on the phone for almost ** minutes with * different representative the solution I was given was either talk with the store manager or send you an email. I have talked with the store manager who told me that although I was told via chat the specific price off to for $** he could not match this price and I shall send you an email. Altogether this was a very time consuming,and unpleasant Experience at Best Buy and I hope that you could help me with this matter. Thank you in advance And have a great day.* Reference number is :*********
