To whom it may concern**This email is in regards to the Best Buy geek squad protection plan I had in both my husband and mine phone. It was purchased a few years ago for our iPhones. During that duration my husband got a replacement cell phone. **Unknown to us by him recieving a replacement phone it created a new plan for us. **A few months ago we got new phones from Rogers and chose to use their protection plan instead. At that time we called geek squad and they cancelled the two plans we had. This month I was reviewing my credit card statements and noticed charges from your company. Today when I phoned I was surprised to find out we had * plans from you and since **** I have been paying for * plans * of which were for the same cell phone. I was disappointed when the representative told me they could only refund me from the time I called in to cancel the plan*I find this unfair since I didn’t even know I had * plans. Again * of them were for the same phone, *By writing this email I am hoping to get some sort of compensation. This type of service does not sit well with me. **I did call and speak to somebody today but it was very hard to understand what they were saying. In addition I am not sure if they understood what I was trying to tell them.**The plans were under my husbands name: Anthony John Temoin ***********Please advise*Look forward to hearing back from you
