I was recently chatting with a Best Buy expert desperately needing assistance on regaining access to all of my accounts that were hacked and taken over by someone I know. I made a police report yesterday through Hammond, La Police Dept. The officer was kind but knew nothing about tech support or how to access anyone affiliated with the internet crimes division. Now, the landline and all devices wont allow me to call anyone except for *** and sounds a very loud alarm. *** operator said she could not forward me to the sheriffs office since there wasn't a life or death situation (they have transferred me for break-ins to my residence, and in my opinion, this is worse. Oh well.ink her from myself and my family*friends, she regains immediate control through a number off apps (over **** apps were installed through my accounts the past month).The "expert" (human?robot?) then asked how long ago I updated my facebook account as IF I have any way to access or edit my original hacked profile (with the name Olvka Bolton instead of OLIVIA...nor the ***** additional profiles created by this person. THIS iS IDENTITY THEFT! I replied that I haven't had access to facebook since *** weeks ago (before I discovered the person....Christina Castell Ott, via multiple devices of her own) still under my contacts even thought I blocked her the end of April...with at least * accounts (including all of my emails linked to me or a family member of mine.)Problems started on May *nd, the day before I purchased a Samsung **..a week or * later,.she somehow got into my moms at&t account (she is (was) the account holder) until I began to receive SMS messages with new confirmation codes to access the at&t account...and im getting confirmation messages about purchases made through the att account and im the only android user and when I uninstall, force stop, factory reset my phone, it doesn't help...in fact, it escalates. I have never been able to check my voicemails, my government benefits have been deactivated...and I even got pulled over by the police a few weeks ago, and a text was sent from my phone to a friend checking on me that stated "hahahahhahahaha" and I DID NOT SEND THAT. I have witnesses and screenshots backing up what I am telling you. The police said there was mnowhere to send*fax my proof. oh, and my VISA card.....maxed out...over $*** spent within the past * weeks! And I cant talk to "an expert" at Best Buy because I don't have access to an account where I can pay ONE DOLLAR. Since this individual and I have been close since **** when we became neighbors, she was gathering information about myself, my family, not to mention wi-fi info...I do not know where I can safely email this but I will try. Maybe she will stop but I doubt it...this isn't something shes new at. She is not working, and she wont put down her device to use the bathroom. Her children (teens) are having multiple problems at school and home because she screams at them if one of them even THINKS about interrupting her "screen time." I always had an Iphone so I never suspected anything but now I understand that she is a hacker and a con artist. A terrorist. She has been in trouble for fraud before once that I know of. She is a compulsive liar so who knows???? Anyway, the list of my email accounts: I will try and find someone who will let me use theirs to view the reply....if any comes. Ive lost trust in everybody and every thing. ******@***.com (main*ive had since gmail was accessible)******@***.com*My mothers email is listed as one of my recovery emails. It is *****@***.com. I just want her to stop harassing me, I cant care for my * year old with her doing this.
