I'm sick of this machine and since Lenovo won't help and this terrible laptop has given me constant heartaches, waste of time and preventing me from communicating with others without the constant aggravation of these weird flickerings, etc. I'm trying to get my money back and forget that Lenovo ever existed. Shame on me for not sticking with the best: Dell or even Microsoft. :) ... I bought Lenovo IdeaPad *** **" at Best Buy on *th Ave. in Manhattan in September **** , but since day one I've been having all kinds of weird things happening besides flickering, blinking, etc. , Impossible to finish any message! I called Lenovo and was told to ship it to them! I can't afford shipping this thing! I've been struggling and spending whole days and nights asking on internet forums for answers, etc. but couldn't use their instructions as I'm not savvy. This is causing me some heart trouble from the deep frustration and Lenovo's bad support. I now ask you, Best Buy, the seller, to do something because this is unacceptable. I should've gone to you in the first place but just didn't think about it. I'm a ** year old lady and this is killing me. Good thing other Lenovo laptop complainers opened my eyes so Best Buy, please answer me ASAP: since I can't use this machine, then, I want my money back - not another unusable contraption. I just can't write or do anything on this laptop as every * minutes or every hour or so all of this weird things shaking up everything , flickering, etc. would prevent me from using the computer sometimes for many hours. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I find my heart pounding stronger with anxiety! I even had to pay my server sending a man to change the position of their modem devices and wires in the hopes THIS would stop all that weird trembling, flickering, etc. I ask everyone I know about this thing, but nobody knew.
I prefer my money back, don't want to get stuck with another contraption again! I should've bought a Dell laptop as their quality and their service are superior! My * previous computers were Dell and I never had problems AND they lasted me ** years each with minor things easily fixed with Dell support forum.
I try to be a good customer.
At first when I started using it I hastened to call Lenovo of course, but they wanted me to ship the machine to them in another state, and wouldn't hear of helping me by phone and refused absolutely to try diagnosing and fixing by remote!*I spent days and nights asking internet forums for solutions, but I couldn't follow their instructions as I'm not well versed on computers.
