I placed a order online thru my account and paid for it with my credit card. I went to store to pick it up and the app put my wife as pick up person which is not on my account auto fill. I don't know but despite having my ID and credit card the store would not allow me to pick it up. WTF!!! If she would have showed up and tried using my credit card that would be alright?!? What if we were divorced & she happened to have taken my credit card? I have been shopping here for over ** years and I will never shop at Best Buy again, too many other choices out there. I drove across town and picked up the TV at Fry's for ** bucks cheaper. I feel that my treatment on this is totally unacceptable & I am sorry that you have completely lost a loyal customer.
