I placed a pre-order for * nintendo amiibos the **th of April that were due to release on the **th of may. my MasterCard was charged on the same day (even though it was mentioned that my card won't be charged until the shipping process). yes, I know about the authorization process but it should have been refunded to my card by the time. *now, on the **th may, I had an issue with my card due to insufficient funds and my order has been cancelled even though the **$ had been charged from my card so I didn't really worry about the funds in my card after that (I thought that this meant that I paid and that my order will ship at the time of release). *but I don't understand why I was charged the **$ initially if my products hadn't shipped yet and moreover the fact that my order has been cancelled and my payment not refunded. *I really wish you could help with that since **$ isn't a small amount of money that I can easily forget about. *the email used by my account is *****@***.com*the products in question were * of the nintendo amiibos (the breath of the wild champions ones).*thank you and I hope I will here back from you.
