I went to a best buy retail store to exchange a watch since my wife did not like the color. It was en even exchange on the samsung smartwatch. The representative said it would cost a difference since the watch was no longer on sale. The watches were of the same value and I was doing an even exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that's store policy and a manager wont change that. I was so frustrated that I just returned the item for a refund. I cant believe that they couldn't honor the sale price for an even exchange and were forcing me to pay a difference. This whole experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I am about to destroy my best buy card and close the account.
