I purchased a Samsung **" class-LED-curved -Q*C series-****p-smart-*K UHD TV with HDR On April ******* from Best Buy Cambridge Side Galleria Mall in Cambridge Ma. *Best Buy price matched the $***.** price competitors were offering after a series of store managers including the sales manager verified the legitimacy of it. No mention of inventory problem at the time of purchase and delivery scheduled for Tuesday May * afternoon. *When the apparatus wasn't delivered on May ****** as scheduled and promised, I called customer service and was informed that it was rescheduled for May * due to inventory issues. I complained that had I been notified I wouldn't have to take a day off and spend the whole day waiting. It didn't seem my complaint mattered much.*A few hours later a customer service representative called to advise me that I either shall get a refund or wait until inventory became available. At this time I indicated:**- that I would wait but not indefinitely **- that I purchased the TV because Best Buy offered to price match when in fact I could have purchased it elsewhere like Walmart or Micro Center**- that it's their fault for not handling inventory properly**- that I want a Q*C or higher TV nothing less*Nothing happened between May *st and *th. In the afternoon I went to the store and Mr. William Ghiozzi, a manager, assured me that he will work on a transfer from a store in Rhode Island and will call me to setup delivery once he is done. Later that day I was told that that inventory isn't available and that I can take a replacement if I chose so. Later I received an email from Mr. Schuyler Wilkerson offering me a replacement set valued at $***.** as per website.*As you can see the whole thing has been badly mismanaged and I'm being disadvantaged by having to wait without TV and not taking advantage of the discounted price value. *Needless to say how disappointed I'm, and hopeful that someone will step up and do the right thing.*Sincerely, *Thank you!
