I just bought an xbox one elite controller and when I received said controller, it had a faulty left stick and I've had it for less than a day. I would like to send this one back and have a new shipped to me.
GetHuman-nathangm did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.

I contacted best buy, by phone which I was trying to avoid, and told them I was shipped a damaged product. Tech support confirmed I could ship it back and then have a new one shipped to me, free of charge.
