I ordered an open box laptop yesterday for same day pick up. When I went to go pick it up (Chapel Hill Howe Rd location in Ohio), they said it was cancelled and did not provide a reason as to why. I placed another order, the open box was not available any longer (so had to pay $** more) which promised next day delivery. I received an email today stating that it would be A MONTH before it got here. **I called the store, and spoke with THE most unhelpful human. He had no suggestions except for me to either drive to a store an hour away, wait two weeks for a store to store transfer or wait a month for it to be delivered. None of those are acceptable solutions, as I need a computer by tomorrow, or Thursday at the latest. I said that was not going to work for me and the person I was speaking with abruptly and without telling me, transferred me to some general corporate line. I had to re-tell the situation again and was placed on hold for ** minutes, after which I hung up because it was clear no one was coming. I don't have the time to deal with stuff like this. **Your company has cost me time and extreme frustration and is attempting to cost me additional money so I may purchase something else more immediately. I made two purchases, neither of which have been fulfilled as was promised in the terms that I agreed upon. I need a white all in one desktop, preferrably HP, today or tomorrow and I think it's on your company to make this right. **Please let me know how you are going to address this.
