Hello this is Aziza mother of Mariam and rana. We have placed an order with my card ending in **** for an Apple laptop MacBook Pro the order number is BBYTX- ************ I was told that the order was cancelled however my bank is telling me that you still hold the amount so I would like to know if you will send the laptop or what can I do to have you send it since this is me the card holder Aziza And you asked my daughter who is in America and got in touch plenty of times for an explanation as to why the order constantly gets rejected, but nothing was made clear I reallt need this laptop shipped to her before the **th and it's urgent so please assist me also I would like to inform you that after contacting my bank about this they also said you guys are holding the amount and the issueance number for that is ****** please assist me as this is critical
