Hello - I recently purchased two TVs from Best Buy. Returning an "unmountable" TV I was told "the" *" ***** was missing for the legs (?). and would be charge $**. I was shocked. Sales people were very nice and I told them I wasn't upset with them, but with this "policy". For all the installations you do a *" ***** cost $**? A *" ***** and a charge of $** has now made me a box store customer. Good bye Best Buy.
