I purchased a refrigerator and also purchased the water kit to ensure easy installation. I guess the installers forgot the kit and refused to install unit. They also couldn't find the shut off valve (which is under the sink) they did not bother to look. I had to refuse the delivery (it is a rental unit and I was not there but took the steps to ensure a smooth transaction). So installers did not have kit (that I paid for) and refused to install due to a shut off valve they did not bother to locate less than * feet away because it wasn't directly behind the fridge. Management at store didn't know how to handle it and Geek Squad was argumentative over the phone. They didi not acknowledge that the water kit (that I purchased) was not on the truck. I guess the customer isn't right at Best Buy. I'm letting everyone know about this via social media and word of mouth. By how Best Buy left off with me, they do not care. I've been a customer for a long time trying to support brick & mortar stores.
