On Saturday, February **th, I purchased a dell computer for my husband. The package deal came with Microsoft office *** and the sales rep, Victoria seemed more interested in getting a sale than assisting. She scanned the Microsoft office *** card but failed to put it in my bag. Today, I was on the phone for ** minutes calling Best Buy customer service and by the time I got a live person on the phone I was already at Best Buy at the Rim location. At the customer service area the rep, Nathan was empathic however* the manager, Robert was not empathetic. I explained to him, I had to take time out of my day for an employee who was incompetent and negligent in providing the Microsoft office *** card*activation code In order for my husband to utilize Microsoft office ***. I’ve been a member of Best Buy and most of a value customer that spent $***** At Best Buy and due to this inconvenience, I should have gotten the Microsoft office *** free but instead The manager, Robert gave me a $**.** gift card which was a slap in the face. The Microsoft *** is $**.** and I only got $**.** gift card plus I had I take more time out of my day to call Microsoft office *** to inactivate the previous Microsoft office *** card*activation code that was NOT provided. This is the worse customer service along with the $**.** gift card. This will be the last time we will ever shop at Best Buy. I plan on sharing this with family, friends, and social media.**Thanks,*Victoria A. Downing
