called customer service ,first person was very hard to under stand, asked to speak to someone else,. first person nice. asked to talk to supervisor, talk to two different people very rude, to me he was a smart *** the way he handled things didn't care about us just wanted us to go away. trying to talk to him he wanted to hang up. I told him never again would I step in to a best buy . we have bought all our tvs, computers from best buy, and was getting ready to get a new one, I say no but my wife says maybe. not enough room to describe all details. very very rude customer service.
