In February ****, I purchased the Geeksquad service with a new computer I purchased. On ******* I used the services provided to me via my purchase and was dissatisfied. I have not used these services since. In June ****, I asked that my credit card no longer be charged and apparently my written request has been ignored since during ******, my card was charged again. I am requesting my card ending in **** be credited the amount charged for these services. Account name was under Janice Styles. the initial geeksquad account was set up under the email address provided. Thanking you in advance.
