Today I went to the Best Buy store location at ****** Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY *******Around * pm I picked up a nintendo switch retro controller hub made by Nyko. It was on the shelf and priced **.****When I went to checkout the cashier told me he could not sell this to me. I asked and he said he wouldnt be able to sell it till *******. Two days from todays date *********I found this very frustrating as the items were on the shelf and priced. I decided it would be best that I take my business to Gamestop. They had the exact product available but at a **.** pricepoint. It was unfortunate that it was more expensive but they were willing to sell it to me. **Is there any reason that they have products that arent for sale on the sales floor. This wasnt a display model either.
