I went online and got a trade-in value of my computer ***.** then went to the store and was told it was only ***.** Prices change they said. A cashier was who waited on me. It had nothing to do with condition,preformance,etc… Just a simple bait and switch by your company. We have recently purchased a Samsung qled tv (****.**) and dell laptop(****.**). Once these are paid for, your company will NEVER see another dime of mine. I can buy electronic online, any day of the week. II always bought at our local store thinking it would help the local economy, but with this policy of cheating me and I am sure many other customers out of **.** if poor business. Once I get my invoice for the TV and the laptop, I will be contacting you to cancel my account. And I know it doesn't matter to you, but I will tell everyone I see what a terrible company to do business with. If I can convince one person not to deal with you, that will cover my **.** you cheated me out of. Bill Young ***-***-****
