I ordered a Dell G* laptop, model I****-****BLK-PUS, Tuesday February *th, around * pm. I selected the option for free next-day delivery, since I would be able to be home on that day. However, I got an email late in the night stating that there was a shipping delay. I was hoping to be able to change my order for pickup at a nearby store in Hagerstown, Maryland, but as of nearly *:** pm on February *th, the order still hasn't processed so I cannot change it. I won't be able to get it delivered for a few days and was really hoping for some help to instead have it available for store pick up, please.
GetHuman2148796 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
