I purchased an apple watch from bestbuy on Jan *st, they sent me an email on Jan *th that the item was delivered at the front desk of the hotel I am living in, I checked it there but I did not found it, the email said it was signed by: Ellen while the hotel has no employee called Ellen!. Moreover* I received like ** items from amazon to the same front desk before and after this incident without any problem encountered, even once! , and I have proof for these.*Anyways, I called the customer service at bestbuy, they answered that they will send another watch and make it a signed delivery, * days later (Jan *th), I received an email telling me that the delivery was cancelled as they cannot reach me, and that they will refund me the watch money with this same information written in my account page on bestbuy, I waited for the refund amount to appear to my bank account but it did not happen.*** days later (Jan **th), I logged back to my account and found the refund note has disappeared from my page!, I contacted the customer service over * times since then, each time they answer that some error happened for the refund process due to item cancellation and that submitted a request for the refund processing but it is not yet approved* we will submit another follow-up* please give us **-** hours, they made this follow-up for me * times now and nothing yet solved! My bill due date is Feb *th and I am very worried the refund will not appear in my account before this date, it has been more than a month now and I am really frustrated! My order Number is: BBYTX-************. Please help
