I bought an iphone xs max in December. I paid the full amount I travelled to India to gift someone. We came to know that they sold us an locked phone in best buy store as we couldnt insert any other sim. I returned to USA this week and went to store to ask why did they sell me locked phone when I asked for unlocked and paid full amount. They are very rude and instead gave me an advice to sell the phone outside to anyone so that I would get atleast half money and they are not going to take return as it exceeded ** days policy. In first place why did they cheat me by giving fake mobile. Very poor customer service the manager was total loud and rude never saw anything like this. I need an unlocked phone i dont need any fake phone which I cannot use
